DECK SPECIFICATIONS
A. Sealed Deck

Players must play a minimum of fifty (50) cards in their
decks.

Players must have the appropriate number of Lost Souls.
-
The host must provide additional Lost Soul cards if
needed.
-
Players must construct decks with additional cards
(characters, enhancements, artifacts, etc.) according to guidelines
given for type 1 decks with the following exception:
B. TYPE I Deck Building Rules

Each deck must contain a minimum of fifty (50) cards
including Lost Souls.

There is no maximum number of cards to a deck as long as
it contains the appropriate number of Lost Souls; one (1) Lost Soul for
every six (6) cards over fifty (50) (but not more than one (1) per six
(6)). . The double Lost Souls card counts as one (1) card for deck
building purposes.

No deck may contain more than three (3) of any one (1)
card (without a special ability) with the same name in the same brigade
(other than Lost Soul cards and Lost Soul Site cards).

The number of Lost Soul Site cards may not exceed the
number of Lost Soul cards in a deck.
-
There may only be one (1) of each Artifact card per
fifty (50) cards in a deck.
-
No deck may contain more than one (1) of any card that
has special ability (text over the picture) per fifty (50) cards in a
deck. Example: A fifty-six (56) card deck may contain only one (1)
Authority of Christ, one (1) Repentance, etc. A one hundred (100) card
deck may contain no more than two (2) Authority of Christ, two (2)
Repentance cards, and so on. A one hundred and fifty (150) card deck may
contain no more than three (3) of any individual, special ability card.

No deck may contain more than one (1) of each power
enhancement (multi-color icon) card or dominant card (lamb icon or grim
reaper icon card).
C. TYPE II Deck Building Rules

Each deck must contain a minimum of one hundred (100)
cards total.

There is no maximum number of cards to a deck as long as
it contains the appropriate number of Lost Souls; one (1) Lost Soul for
every six (6) cards over fifty (50) (but not more than one (1) per six
(6)). . The double Lost Souls card counts as one (1) card for deck
building purposes.

There may be only one (1) of each Lost Soul card per
fifty (50) cards that has a special ability.
-
The number of Lost Soul Site cards may not exceed the
number of Lost Soul cards in a deck.
-
There may only be one (1) of each Artifact card per
fifty (50) cards in a deck.
-
No deck may contain more than one (1) of each power
enhancement card (multi-color icon) or dominant card (lamb icon or grim
reaper icon card).
-
The deck may contain any number of Heroes, evil
characters and enhancements provided that they do not have special
ability texts on them.
-
There is a limit of one (1) per twenty (20) of each card
with special ability on the card. (Example: a one hundred (100) card
deck may contain no more than five (5) Authority of Christ cards.
To put six (6) Authority of Christ cards in the deck, you must play with
at least one hundred and twenty (120) cards in the deck.

The number of your offensive cards and the number of
your defensive cards MUST be equal.

All Fortress site cards are considered offensive or
defensive, depending on each card.
-
All lamb, cross, Bible icon, and good Fortress Site
cards are counted as offense.
-
All grim reaper, dragon, skull icon, and evil Fortress
Site cards are considered defense.
-
All Lost Soul Site cards are considered neutral and do
not count towards offense or defense.
-
All Artifact cards are considered neutral and do not
count towards either offense or defense.

If you have more than 150 cards in your deck, REMOVE SOME! It is almost
impossible to win consistently against good players with a deck containing over
150 cards.
Dominant cards are too important not to draw!
