Martha complained to Jesus, saying that she had to
do all the work, while her sister Mary just sat at Jesus' feet.
Jesus told Martha that Mary had chosen what was most important by
listening to Jesus. Jesus befriended Martha and Mary, and
their brother Lazarus, and visited them on occasion. |
